Taxis, Limousines, The Airport Rail Link, Sydney Airport Express Buses and courtesy buses will take you from Sydney International Airport to Central Railway Station where trains to the Blue Mountains leave Sydney Central Station departing platforms 12/13 hourly.
Usually stopping at Strathfield, Parramatta, Penrith and all stations to Springwood, Katoomba, Mt Victoria or Lithgow.
City Rail also offer a number of rail/coach tour options including the Blue MountainsLink (Monday to Friday) and Blue Mountains ExplorerLink (daily, except Christmas Day).
Tickets can be purchased from any CityRail Station and include return train fare and guided tour.

The most direct approach to the Blue Mountains is via the M4 Motorway, leading you from the outskirts of Sydney to the base of the Mountains at Lapstone, or use the Bells Line of Road via Windsor and Richmond as an alternate route.

Trains arrive from Sydney at Katoomba every hour. Trolleys depart from the Katoomba station entrance approximately 10 minutes after train arrival. Trolley tour takes a minimum of 1 hour and allows you to hop on and off as often as you like
